I have known Diana for several years as she was my neighbour in our Terrane Townhouse complex and was a member of our Strata Council.
I contacted Diana in order to list my Mom’s townhouse in Terrane. Diana came by my Mom’s house on April 13, 2010 with a contract that was signed immediately. On April 16, 2010, Diana called to say that she had a prospective buyer. By the end of the evening my mom’s townhouse was sold in 3 days.
Diana has the ability to explain the intricacies of selling houses in a clear and concise manner. She is patient, polite and knowledgeable. We recently had the privilege of engaging Diana Wang as our Realtor for the purchase of a property and were completely satisfied with her services and advice.
Throughout the process, we found Diana to be very efficient and professional. The following highlights some of our experience:
1) We decided to place an offer on a property at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Diana was engaged with another client appointment when we called her at 4pm, however promised to get back to us at 6pm that day. An offer was drafted and we signed it that very same evening. By the next day, our offer was accepted and thanks to Diana’s negotiating skills, the purchase price was favourably below the reduced asking price.
2) It was evident that Diana has her clients’ best interest at heart : numerous ‘subjects’ were placed on the offer to protect us as purchasers as well as the fact that she made it a point to be present during inspection of the property to ensure that the property was in satisfactory condition.
3) There were a few incidence where Diana had gone over and above the required duties of a Realtor. Although not expected, we were pleasantly surprised that Diana had taken the initiative to provide some pointers on efficient advertising to attract potential tenants as well as advice in regards to protecting ourselves as landlords. It was an investment property that we were purchasing and we were first time landlords.
At the core of every sales and service industry is the promptness and efficiency of the salesperson in regards to following up on a matter and returning clients’ call. Our experience with Diana was flawless in this regards – every call was returned in a timely manner.

In March 2008, my wife and I decided to look for a new home. Since we were already aware of Diana's success in our area, we contacted her to help with finding our new home, as well as, selling our existing property.
